Addimus was founded by its directors Toby Bonney and Colin Dawson in 2011. Having seen the failings of various telemarketing techniques they realised that too often companies were focusing on the tactical aim of delivering a high number of appointments, and the strategic aim of generating pipeline and revenue for their client was a secondary objective. Addimus was created to re-address that balance, and we have made sure that our business model is fully aligned to the strategic task of generating our client's revenue.

Toby Bonney founded Addimus with Colin Dawson in 2011. He has over 13 years experience in designing, managing and delivering multiple EMEA wide campaigns on behalf of some of the UK's most prestigious technology and IT security companies.

Colin Dawson has a wealth of experience in business management and field sales. Having previously held the position of New Business Director for one of the UK's largest design/content management agencies, he understands what it takes to create opportunities from "nothing" and nurture them through to closed business.
